An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, conscientious and motivated individual to join the ACHSCP Business Support Management Team. This post is an excellent opportunity for a confident and dynamic person to further develop their management and people skills. Previous supervisory or line management skills are essential as well as an understanding of group dynamics, managing conflict and change management. Successful applicants will require excellent organisational and time management skills, possess a high standard of interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. The successful applicant will be self motivated with the ability to work on their own initiative with minimal supervision and work within the wider team.

  • As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
