Job Title

Retail Advisor - EE Shop, Newcastle (Eldon Square)

Salary: £13.66 per hour + on target commission.

Hours: Fully flexible across seven days of the week to match store trading times.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product knowledge and sales of EE & BT items.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the store's performance.
• Deliver a high quality customer experience with empathy, energy and professionalism.
• Work flexible shifts that align with store opening and closing times.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required - just a drive to succeed and confidence to be yourself.
• Resilience and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Adaptability, quick learning, and curiosity about people's needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
