This is a *England* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Consulting company working on *supporting statutory Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments (EHCNAs)*.

About the Role

Our client is seeking experienced, HCPC-registered Educational Psychologists to support statutory Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments (EHCNAs). This work requires strong Local Authority experience, excellent assessment practice, and the ability to deliver high-quality written advices within statutory deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face consultations, observations, and psychological assessments in Enfield schools, early years settings, and family homes.

• Deliver comprehensive, legally compliant psychological advices for statutory processes.

• Work in full alignment with the service's Quality Assurance procedures.

• Maintain timely, accurate and GDPR-compliant documentation using the Council-issued laptop and EPS systems.

• Utilise approved testing tools, psychometric resources, and service equipment.

• Collaborate effectively with education staff, parents/carers, and multi-agency partners.

• Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and maintain high professional standards.

Essential Criteria

• HCPC-registered Educational Psychologist.

• Minimum three years' post-qualification experience.

• Proven experience within a Local Authority Educational Psychology Service, including statutory work.

• Confident conducting assessments in varied settings (schools, early years, homes).

• Capable of delivering 100% on statutory deadlines.

• Fully able to participate in the service's Quality Assurance processes.

• Availability from January, with commitment through end of March (potential summer extension).

• Able to work Full time or minimum 2 days per week.

• Able to travel throughout the borough; access to a vehicle beneficial.

• Willing to complete any organisation-level registration steps, including professional checks, assessment verification and compliance screening.

• No conflicts of interest with the service or its management.

• Enhanced DBS with children and adults' barred lists.

• Full, directly verifiable reference history from the last five years.
