Educational HR Generalist - Employment Law & Relations

The Tonbridge HR team provides HR services across the employee lifecycle at both Tonbridge School and The New Beacon School.

The HR team is led by the Director of HR and supported by two HR Managers and two HR Advisers. This is a newly created role within the team, and the successful candidate will help to deliver a full generalist HR service to support a range of business areas across the School.

The role would suit an individual with experience in a generalist role in either an educational or corporate setting, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong knowledge of employment law.

A DBS Disclosure is required to Enhanced Level.
