Education Support Worker - Sensory & Autism Care (FT)

Sense is recruiting two Education Support Workers for our college in Dereham. The role is full-time, 35 hours weekly, Monday to Friday 9:15am-4:15pm, permanent. You will help learners prepare for adulthood, support EHCP outcomes, and uphold Sense values while assisting with personal care as needed.

Experience with sensory impairment, autism or learning disability is useful; training in BSL/Makaton may be provided. Level 2 English and Maths required.
