Education Support & Personal Development Coach

BARNET AND SOUTHGATE COLLEGE is seeking an Education Support Specialist to support learning by covering classes when needed and to assist students' personal and social development. This campus-based role sits within a Personal Development and Behaviour team to promote positive behaviours and help students thrive.

The ESS will work with curriculum teams, pastoral staff and student services to maintain continuity of learning and to help students build confidence, resilience and the skills needed
