Education Project Quantity Surveyor - Growth & Bonus

Brightpath Recruitment is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Irish Main Contractor on an education project in Douglas, Cork. You will manage project costs, budgets and cash flow, produce CVR reports, valuations, and manage subcontractor payments within a strong commercial framework.

Ideal candidates hold a Degree in Quantity Surveying with 3+ years' post-graduate experience, and demonstrate strong cost control, communication and negotiation skills in a dynamic project team.
