About the Role

As a key member of our Education Team, you'll work closely with our Education Delivery Co-Ordinator's to ensure smooth, efficient and high-quality delivery of our tuition services. Every day is different, and your support will directly contribute to positive outcomes for young learners.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing responsive support to our tutors, learners families and Local Authorities to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Compiling and reviewing reports and liaising with clients in a timely and professional manner
• Sending, tracking and chasing timesheets
• Being involved in attracting, sourcing and pre-screening high-quality tutors
• Offering general administrative and organisational support to the wider Education Team
• Providing support to our learners, families, tutors and LA's.
• Visiting provision settings to check on provision progress

What We're Looking For

• Previous administration experience (essential)
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Excellent communication, organisation, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
• Confident and professional phone manner
• Awareness/experience within the education sector (specifically SEN) would be beneficial
• Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality
• A self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and goal-focused approach
• High attention to detail and strong initiative
• Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
