Our dynamic team makes every effort to offer you opportunities related to your project in the context of a temporary assignment for a permanent position, we are looking for one of our clients, active in the industrial sector based in the Canton of Geneva, EDM Programmer Setter (m/f) Your mission: Carry out machining by electroerosion (EDM) X plans and technical data, ensuring the adjustment, production, and inspection of parts while respecting quality, cost, and deadline requirements. Analyze the plans, 3D models, and technical files Production and change of series on CNC EDM X adapted EDM X machining Prepare the machines (assembly, clamping, electrodes, wires, parameters) Adjust machining parameters (intensity, voltage, speed, dielectric) Launch and monitor machining cycles Inspect the machined parts (dimensional, geometric, visual) Use measurement tools (micrometer, profile projector, CMM ) Ensure compliance with plans and tolerances Ensure level one maintenance of machines Participate in process improvements Fill in production tracking documents Your profile: CFC Mechanic / Machining, Microtechnology, Production Engineering, or equivalent Experience of 2 to 5 years in a similar position Mastery of electroerosion processes Reading and understanding technical plans Knowledge of (steels, carbides, CNC / FAOMetrology, and quality control Thoroughness and precision Autonomy and problem analysis and solving ability Ability to work in a team If you are ready to take on this exciting challenge offering great prospects, please send us your complete application (CV, work certificate, diploma, identification, criminal record extract) as soon as possible.
