Edinburgh Employment Advisor-Empowering Supported Careers

The Action Group in Edinburgh is seeking an Employment Advisor to support adults with disabilities to find and sustain paid employment. You will work as part of All in Edinburgh, delivering end-to-end support and meeting ambitious job outcomes within a multi-partner consortium.

You will provide 1:1 support across the five-stage employed framework, coordinating with professionals and employers to enable progression and inclusive opportunities. PVG disclosure is required.
