• Lead and develop the Ecommerce Team
• Own product data quality - descriptions, pricing, and structure across the full catalogue
• Plan, produce, and continually optimise online content
• Oversee the outsourced management of our PPC and our significant budget
• Protect and grow our reputation on Google and Trustpilot
• Develop social media content that builds awareness of
• Identify and lead new initiatives to increase website value and sales

• A strong background in eCommerce, with a proven track record of driving eCommerce business growth
• Experience managing PPC budgets and measuring ROI
• Experience leading or managing a team
