Job Description
- Oversee and optimise ecommerce platforms to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement online campaigns aligned with brand strategies.
- Monitor website performance, ensuring functionality and addressing any technical issues promptly.
- Analyse online sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the FMCG sector.
- Manage relationships with third-party agencies and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
- Support the development and execution of global ecommerce projects and initiatives.
- Ensure all content and promotions adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to maintain a competitive edge.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Global Ecommerce Executive should have:
