What You'll Be Doing

Reporting into the Ecommerce Manager, you'll join a tight-knit team (plus in-house design and dev support) to take the lead on international growth while supporting global expansion into the US.

You'll be responsible for:

• Launching and merchandising products across UK and international sites
• Maintaining categories, optimising navigation and UX
• Localising content and supporting SEO strategy
• Bringing products to life online with support from internal design/dev
• Collaborating with marketing to improve conversion
• Using GA and ContentSquare to track performance and feed into CRO tests
• Feeding insights back to the wider business with strong storytelling

Who They're Looking For

• 1.5-3 years in an ecommerce or digital trading role
• Hands-on merchandising and content experience
• Curious, organised, and driven to make things better
• Someone who loves digging into data and finding creative solutions
• Comfortable with CMS platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify etc)
• Confident communicator who can bring stories to life across the business
• Hungry to grow, learn, and have an impact - there's real opportunity to scale your role here
