Please note, we work 4 days a week in our offices in W11 and one day from home.
The OpportunityThe EcommerceExecutive is responsible for ensuring that online sales and conversionopportunities are always maximised across the Nip+Fab website through analysisand insight to drive the business forward.
The role assistsin the day to day operational management of the Nip+Fab website, management ofkey third-party agencies and of the on-sight customer journey. This is a keyrole in the Ecommerce team, ensuring all digital activations and supportingprocesses are followed and delivered appropriately according to the relevantcritical paths. A multidisciplinary role, the Ecommerce Executive also plays animportant role in the continuous optimisation of the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities Website Management- Responsiblefor supporting the Ecommerce Trading Manager with delivery of the marketingcalendar in line with key deadlines. This includes launching new products andpromotional activity on brand owned online channels, briefing and uploadingonsite assets, setting up SKUs, promotional codes etc
- Responsiblefor overseeing merchandising on site in line with stock movements, productperformance, analytics and trends
- Completedaily, weekly and monthly reports, with analysis of onsite activity as required
- Identify and optimise trendsin performance and suggest new ways to build additional revenue streams
- Use Google Analytics and ShopifyPlus reports to optimise product sales and customer experience
- Highlight sales andconversion trends against forecast and previous performance
Execute the content plan and enhance the user experience in order to improve the customer journey
- Support the Ecommerce Trading Manager with promotional activity planning, briefing relevant internal (Supply & Operations, Social Media and Design teams) and external teams (Warehouse, Developers) on promotional plans
- Carry out regular competitive research
- Supportthe Ecommerce Trading Manager in planning and execution of automated and BAUemail marketing campaigns including copywriting, briefing artwork, building andsending automated campaigns
- Advising and executingstrategy for the email channel and CRM
- Affiliates- keep our affiliate database up to date with the latest offers. Affiliatepublisher approval management. Providing suggestions for promotional activity andcollaboration opportunities to grow the channel. Create and communicateexclusive affiliate offers to drive traffic. Ensure creative available toaffiliates is kept up to date. Liaising with publishers to identify futuretenancy opportunities
- Preparefor and attend strategy meetings with third-party agencies or internal teams
- Keep up to date withdevelopments in ecommerce and the wider competitive landscape to ensure thebrand is at the forefront of digital innovation. Identify opportunities forimproved customer experience
- Support with TikTok Shopstrategy, managing the day to day running of the shop, as well as supportingwith live shows
- Meet sales andconversion targets by the continuous optimisation of the website, workingclosely with the internal Ecommerce team and external development agency
- Maintain regularcommunication with the Head of Customer Services and cross-functionalteams in the business, including Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, Finance,NPD, and our third-party warehouses to ensure we are providing the bestpossible customer experience
- Being a key counterpartin the business for insight into customer experience and service;reporting and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
- Liaise with the Supply &Operations team to ensure stock levels across the site are always correct, includingsamples and GWPs
- Produce line level forecastsfor stock on web
- System checks includingensuring transactions are being correctly processed
- Contribute to theoverall business direction and strategy
- Carry out additionalduties when reasonably requested and where necessary within the definedlevels of responsibility and accountability of the role
- Generalsupport for the Ecommerce, Operations and Commercial teams where required.This may involve supporting customer services during peak times or providesupport for the Head of Ecommerce on operational issues
- Proven experience in a similar ecommerce role
- An understanding of ecommerce fulfilment process
- Highly computer literate and detail oriented
- Experienced in multi-tasking and working to multiple tight deadlines, able to use initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Highly driven, resilient and proactive
- Passionate about the customer and all elements of the customer experience
