Job Description
E-Commerce Coordinator - Harlow - on site - up to £35,000 DOE.
- Support the day-to-day running and optimisation of ecommerce platforms.

As Ecommerce Coordinator, you'll support the management and ongoing development of our clients' DTC websites - pivotal in driving sales and improving the on-site experience.
The Ecommerce Coordinator will:
- Update product listings, pricing, product descriptions and images, ensuring new and existing products are up-to-date, accurate, and optimised for performance across all websites.
- Merchandising category pages and homepage banners. Manage and update website content, including home pages, product and collection pages, landing pages, blogs, and more.
- Actively merchandise the websites to ensure bestsellers are highlighted, and slow-moving products are managed effectively in line with inventory.
- Execute SEO strategies across all websites in multiple geographies to enhance organic traffic.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and AOV and promote up-selling across the platforms.
- Regularly report website performance against KPIs and competitors, ensuring the websites are constantly improving.
The Ecommerce Coordinator will need:
- 2 years of experience within Ecommerce with hands-on experience managing and updating e-commerce platforms - CMS.
- Awareness of the latest UX trends, the ability to analyse data, draw insights, and make informed, data-driven decisions (GA4 experience is a bonus).
- Knowledge of performance marketing andemail marketing strategies.
