Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies for fashion brands, specifically focusing on Amazon (Seller/Vendor) and Zalando (ZFS/ZEOS).
- Own KPI performance, sales data, and margin optimization.
- Manage the full lifecycle of fashion retail on marketplaces-including pricing architecture, inventory management, and promotional calendars.
- Brief and oversee high-quality content (A+, Brand Stores, and Zalando-specific imagery) to ensure brand consistency and high conversion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for our biggest fashion clients, while collaborating with internal Marketing, Warehouse, and Technology teams.
- Act as the lead point for Business Reviews; co ordinating with the wider team to provide the best in class presentations and recommendations to the Client and their wider team in person at regular points throughout the year.
- Minimum 3+ years in Account or Marketplace Management, specifically within the online Fashion/Lifestyle sector.
- Proven track record of scaling brands on Amazon and Zalando.
- Experience with Zalando's ZEOS is a significant advantage.
- Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights using tools like Excel, Helium 10, or PowerBI.
- Able to operate at a senior level to set commercial targets while remaining close enough to the details to troubleshoot integration or inventory issues.
- Seasoned presentation skills with the ability to manage expectations and "consultative sell" new opportunities to clients.
