ECO / PAS Submissions Administrator

We are looking for a highly organised ECO / PAS Submissions Administrator to support our energy efficiency and retrofit partners by preparing, validating and submitting compliant evidence packs. This role is central to UK ECO4, PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 compliance frameworks, key areas frequently featured across UK retrofit and energy efficiency job listings.

You'll manage documentation, support installers and assessors, and respond to audit queries through multiple industry portals, aligning with responsibilities commonly found in UK compliance and energy efficiency administrator roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and submit ECO4, PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 evidence packs in line with scheme requirements
• Manage uploads and documentation across multiple compliance portals
• Handle audit queries, ensuring full accuracy of compliance data
• Liaise with installers, assessors and internal teams to gather, verify and maintain retrofit documentation
• Ensure submissions meet ECO4 funding, PAS 2030 installationand PAS 2035 retrofit standards, frequently required across UK retrofit roles
• Maintain an organised workflow supporting timely and accurate submissions

About You

• Experience in ECO administration, PAS administrationor retrofit compliance
• Excellent attention to detail and confidence in managing high volume data
• Comfortable navigating multiple compliance portals
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
