East Stratton - Pre-school Manager vacancy

Do you believe passionately in creating a caring, nurturing and inspiring environment to support children to learn and play through exploration?

We are a thriving village pre-school located 15 minutes from Winchester, Basingstoke and Alresford. We're looking for a committed and enthusiastic manager to lead our pre-school in delivering a high quality service for our children and their families. You'll be supported by a well-established committee, and a wonderful staff team.

Term-time only, full time or flexible hours. Starting in September (or earlier if desired).

Applicants must havea minimum of a full and relevant early years qualification plus at least 1 year in a leadership position with a commitment to continuous professional development

Other criteria:

• Excellent understanding of what it takes to be a successful manager, and always having a desire to improve standards
• Firm understanding of the EYFS and Safeguarding
