East London Operations Director - P&L Leader & Depot Move

HIVED is seeking an Operations Director (East) to own end-to-end performance of the East London depot, currently Silvertown and relocating to Rainham. This hands-on role combines floor leadership with director-level responsibilities, including P&L ownership and staffing decisions.

You will report to the COO, sit on the ops leadership table, and lead the relocation while ensuring service continuity and high performance.
