East London Designate Deputy Store Manager - Lead & Develop

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support a high-performing store in the East London area with potential travel across stores in the region. This hands-on leadership role requires flexible availability across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, coach a capable team and ensure excellent customer experience, aiming for ongoing store improvement and readiness to take charge in the manager's absence.
