The RoleWe're currently looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and committed Early Years/Nursery Practitioner with a background in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a child-centered environment and is dedicated to helping young learners grow and succeed.
You'll be joining a warm and welcoming school where the well-being and development of children are at the heart of everything they do.
What You'll DoProvide support to children in Early Years/Nursery settings, including those with SEND
Collaborate with teaching staff to create personalized, engaging learning experiences
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and caring learning space for all children
Deliver one-on-one and small group interventions as needed
Prior experience working in Early Years or Nursery settings is required
Confidence and/or experience supporting children with SEND
A calm, adaptable, and nurturing approach to supporting learning
Preferred qualifications include CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ, or equivalent childcare certifications

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
