Early Years Training & Practice Coach

Tigerschildcare is looking for a Training & Practice Specialist to influence the quality of childcare across their 34 centres. You'll deliver training and support colleagues, ensuring compliance and best practices are maintained.

The ideal candidate will possess a QQI Level 5 qualification and a minimum of three years' childcare experience, as well as excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
