Early Years Trainer

Overview

Realise is recruiting qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors to support learners in the Derby region.

Responsibilities

• Support a caseload of 45 learners across the region, face to face and remotely.
• Deliver a range of award winning qualifications.
• Create appropriate solutions to ensure learners have the best experience possible and develop their interests and career.
• Utilise the e portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey.

Salary

• Qualified Trainer delivering Level 3 - up to £29,000.
• Qualified Trainer delivering Level 5 - up to £30,000.
• Earn up to £160 bonus for each learner referred.

Location

This is a home based role with travel within approximately a 45 mile radius to visit learners and employers. Around 70% of the week will be spent on the road, but you'll manage your own diary and enjoy flexibility.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent - essential.
• Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting.
• Assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA) - essential.
• Teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) - advantageous.
• Experience in building and managing your own caseload.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT competence with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
