Job Description
Position Summary

Realise is recruiting for qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors, covering learners in the Oxford region. As a Trainer, your focus will be to support learners to reach their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships or ASF short courses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting a caseload of 45 learners across your region, face to face and remotely.
  • Delivering a range of award winning qualifications.
  • Creating appropriate solutions for your learners to ensure that they have the best experience possible and develop their interests and career.
  • Utilising our e portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey.
Location

This is a home based role, with travel required within approximately a 45 mile radius to visit learners and employers. Around 70% of your week will be spent on the road.

The Salary
  • If you are qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 3 - up to £29,000.
  • If you are qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 5 - up to £30,000.
  • You can also earn up to £160 bonus for each learner you refer.

About You
  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent, is essential.
  • Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting.
  • An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA) is essential.
  • A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) would be advantageous.
  • Experience in building and managing your own caseload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
