Job Description
Realise are recruiting for qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors, covering learners in the London region.
As a Trainer, your focus will be to support learners to reach their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships or ASF short courses. As the first point of contact for your learners you will provide the support they need to flourish through their learning journey with Realise.
Key responsibilities- Support a caseload of up to 40 learners across the region, face to face and remotely.
- Deliver a range of award winning qualifications.
- Create appropriate solutions to ensure learners have the best experience possible and develop their interests and career.
- Utilise the e portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey.
We welcome applications from full time and part time candidates.
Salary- Qualified trainer delivering Level 3: up to £29,000
- Qualified trainer delivering Level 5: up to £30,000
- Up to £160 bonus for each learner referred.

- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent is essential.
- Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting.
- An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA) is essential.
- A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) would be advantageous.
- Experience in building and managing your own caseload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
