Early Years Teacher

This welcoming all through SEND school in Barking & Dagenham is seeking a dedicated EYFS Teacher to join their outstanding provision, supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs including ASD, complex needs, and developmental delays.

As the Early Years Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging, child centred learning experiences tailored to individual developmental levels
• Work closely with specialist staff including therapists, LSAs and the SENDCo
• Use a play based and holistic approach to support communication, social development and early cognition
• Build strong relationships with families and contribute to personalised education plans

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or overseas equivalent)
• Experience within Early Years, SEND or specialist settings (desirable but not essential)
• A warm, patient and adaptable teaching approach
• Strong understanding of early childhood development
• Commitment to inclusive practice and personalised learning

• Exceptional CPD and SEND specific training
