Early Years Teacher - Join a Caring Community School
We are seeking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join a welcoming school community in Torfaen. The Role- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for Early Years pupils
- Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
- Support children's social, emotional and academic development
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and families
- Contribute to the positive, community-focused ethos of the school
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- A strong understanding of Early Years practice and child development
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach to teaching young children
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to fostering strong relationships with families and the wider community
- A supportive and friendly team of consultants who are experts in their field
- An excellent referral scheme (Up to £250 per person referred once 20 days have been completed)
