The ideal candidate

  • Holds a recognised teaching qualification in Early Childhood Education (QTS or equivalent is advantageous)
  • Demonstrates proven experience working with children in the early years age group
  • Passionate about fostering curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning in young children
  • Skilled in differentiating instruction to meet diverse developmental and learning needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
