Early Years Room Leader (Middlecott House Day Nursery)

About you:

We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Early Years Room Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will work with their staff team to develop the room, providing a home from home environment for children.

You will be dynamic, have the ability to work as part of a team, be able to use your initiative and time manage your day effectively to ensure the smooth running of our nursery.

You will be someone who is experienced and focused on delivering excellent standards of care with a natural ability to work as part of a team and always be willing to go above and beyond.

Earrly Years Room Leader Requirements:

• Level 3 in Childcare
• Full-time 40 hours (prefered)
• Flexible across the hours of 07:00am and 18:00pm
• Eary Years Experience (required)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the highest standards of childcare are delivered at the setting:
• Consistently ensure nursery operations adhere to Little Chiefs Day Nurseries policies and procedures.
