Job Requirements / Description Room Leader

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Room Leader who holds a Level 3 childcare qualification to join our friendly and supportive nursery team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic early year's professional who is committed to providing outstanding care and education, and who thrives in a nurturing, child centred environment.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
• Experience in a similar leadership role
• Flexible between the hours of 7:30am / 6:30pm
• Part-time / Full-time
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a small team within your designated room
• Plan and deliver engaging, age appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Ensure a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for all children
• Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
• Monitor, support and track children's development
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding and compliance
