I'm currently supporting a fantastic organisation that is looking to bring on board two Early Years Practitioners to join their friendly and nurturing childcare team.

This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young children's development, working in a caring environment, and contributing to a high-quality early years setting.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework Providing a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment Supervising children during lunch cover and playtime Assisting with daily routines, activities, and care needs Working closely with team members to maintain a positive setting Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety standards are met

What we're looking for:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential) Pediatric First Aid training (desirable) Previous experience working with young children Strong communication and teamwork skills A caring, patient, and proactive approach
