Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 Required)

About the role

justteachers are supporting a primary school in Bedworth to recruit a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner. This is a full-time role with a March 2026 start, fixed term until the end of the academic year. The school has a well established Early Years setting with a strong focus on play based learning, language development and outdoor provision, supported by an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support play based and structured learning
• Deliver early phonics and communication activities
• Observe and record pupil development
• Support routines and classroom organisation

Pre requisites

• Level 3 or higher teaching assistant qualification or equivalent (Must be relevant to working with children)
• Proven experience working with children in a school or relevant setting (That can be referenced)
• A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
