Location: HarrowStart Date: ASAPHours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our expanding Nursery team.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood development and dedicated to providing high-quality care and learning within a nurturing, child-centred environment.

• Create a safe, secure, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework

• Observe, assess, and document children's progress to support their development

• Act as a key person, building strong, supportive relationships with children and their families

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education

• Uphold safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare procedures at all times

• CACHE Level 3 in Childcare/Nursery (or equivalent)

• A passion for promoting children's learning through play

• A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to teamwork

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• The ability to respond with warmth and humour when appropriate
