Job Description

Name of Head Teacher Tally Bhambra

Salary: Salary - Scale 6 (point 18 to 22 - £10,784 to £11,523 - actual salary plus, London Weighting - £787 actual LW)

Hours 13.5 hours per week

Times: 2 days per week Term Time Only

The Person:

  • Have experience of working EYFS.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, being able to work on your own initiative as well as follow guidance from teachers.
  • Demonstrate good behaviour management strategies.
  • Have a good standard of spoken and written English.
  • Be able to support children with specific needs.
  • Know when to adapt teaching to make it simpler or harder.
  • Provide feedback to children and staff.
  • Engage in CPD to enhance your own skill set and develop strategies to support a wide level of need.
  • Work in partnership with parents / carers and external professional agencies as and when needed.
