Panoramic Associates is partnered with a school in West Midlands, who are seeking an Early Years Teacher and Phase Leader to join them on an interim basis. This role is to start ASAP and run until the end of the Summer term.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Early Years phase, supporting high-quality provision for students.
• Coach colleagues and support the implementation of the Early Years curriculum.
• Mentor teachers, including Early Careers Teachers (ECTs).
• Teach four days a week and spend one day out of class on leadership responsibilities, alongside PPA and two additional leadership sessions each week.

Paid on a day rate inside IR35.
