Day to Day

• Lead and inspire a dedicated team of early years professionals.
• Ensure the highest standards of care, education, and safeguarding.
• Manage day to day operations, compliance and administration.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with families and the wider community.
• Drive continuous improvement and uphold the Snapdragons values every day.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Level 3 in Childcare (Level 5 or above preferred).
• Previous experience in a management or deputy role within an early years setting.
• A strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
• Confident leadership, excellent communication and people skills.
• A genuine passion for early years and commitment to nurturing young minds.
• A willingness to undertake relevant further training as and when required.
