Early Years Inclusion Practitioner - Empower 0-5 Thrive

Dudley MBC is recruiting a Best Start in Life Inclusion Practitioner to join our Family Hub teams. The post supports babies and young children aged 0-5 with SEND, ensuring timely and right-level support within a multi-agency framework.

You will work with families and professionals across health, education and early help services to identify needs early, deliver short-term interventions, promote inclusive practice and help reduce inequalities.
