Early Years Educator (Part Time)

Cairdeas Kinnegad Community Childcare, a welcoming and vibrant creche located in Kinnegad, is currently recruiting for a Part-Time Educator for our ECCE program (21 hours) to join our busy and dynamic team. Our service is committed to providing high-quality early years education in a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.

This role also offers flexible extra hours for those interested in additional work.

Requirements:

• Minimum QQI Level 5 qualification in Childcare
• Deep knowledge of early childhood development
• Excellent understanding of play-based emergent curriculum and the ability to apply the Aistear Curriculum framework to meet individual planning and practice
• Positive disposition and experience in observing and recording children's progress and development
• Knowledge of inclusive practices and child development
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate initiative
• Warm, patient, and positive attitude when working with children
• Availability to work during summer
