Early Years Educator Full Time

Role Overview

Here in Kids Kottage we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality care and education to all children in our service. Over the past 15 years our focus has been to ensure we are a home away from home to every child. Facilitating an environment that is inclusive, enriching and meets their needs. Encouraging them to develop a strong self identity, view themselves as capable and confident and be active participants in their learning journeys.

Since 2010 our service has expanded rapidly. We care for children from 7 months up to 12 years. Often, we see children through key milestones from their first day in the baby room through to going to primary school. We have a baby room, 2 toddler rooms, 1 first year preschool/ full day care room, 1 second year preschool/ full day care room, 1 sessional preschool class and an afterschool program.

Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for a Full Time experienced, motivated, ambitious and passionate early years educator who is able to implement a play based curriculum with knowledge of Aistear, Siolta and inclusive practice. Minimum Level 5 Fetac qualification and fluent spoken and written English are a necessity.
