Early Years Educator

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our team. Someone with a genuine passion for working with children and working as part of a team. This position is part time. Working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:00am-1:30 PM and 8:00-4:00 Wednesday.

Requirements:

• Minimum QQI Level 5 in Childcare (or equivalent).
• Up to date First Aid, Children's First, Fire Safety, Manual Handling and HACCP.
• Knowledge of Aistear, the National Curriculum Framework and Siolta, the National Quality Framework.
• A willingness for Continuous Professional Development training throughout the year.

A successful candidate will be required to undergo Garda Vetting prior to commencing employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe, nurturing, inclusive environment for all children.
• Support children's learning and development through an inquiry-based curriculum, in line with Aistear and Siolta.
• Work collaboratively with parents, colleague's, management and all stakeholders.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and hygiene in line with our policies and procedures.

Salary is competitive and on a scale based on Qualifications.

The position is immediate start dependent on notice period and Garda vetting.
