We're looking for a Level 3 qualified Early Years Educator to join our team at our Falmouth nursery. You'll be part of a professional, supportive environment focused on providing high-quality early years education and helping children thrive.

As an Early Years Educator, you will:
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through high-quality early years education
- Confidently work within the EYFS framework to provide safe, engaging and developmentally appropriate experiences
- Meet children's daily needs with compassion, attentiveness and professionalism
- Plan engaging activities that support children's curiosity, learning and holistic development
- Build positive, professional relationships with colleagues, parents and carers
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety at all times
- Contribute positively to team discussions and reflective practice
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting children's learning and development
- Communicates confidently and works well as part of a team
- Creates inclusive, supportive and respectful environments
- Is reflective and committed to ongoing professional development
- Paediatric First Aid certification
- Experience supporting children with additional needs
- Familiarity with digital learning journals or nursery software
