Early Years Educator - Baby Room Lead

Are you a passionate Early Years professional with a heart for nurturing the littlest learners? We are looking for an inspiring Baby Room Lead (Level 3 or above) to join our vibrant, expanding nursery family in the heart of Cambridge.

• Location: Cambridge (Prime location! Just a 2-minute walk from the station).

• Salary: £15.85 per hour.

• Hours: Full-Time (Monday-Friday) with flexible rota options between 7:30am - 6:00pm.

• Schedule: We operate 48 weeks a year (Enjoy guaranteed time off: closed for 2 weeks in August, 1 week at Easter, and the Christmas break).

As the Baby Room Lead, you will oversee the care and early education of our 1-2 year olds, ensuring a safe, creative, and inspiring environment.

Essential:

• Qualification: Level 3 (or equivalent) in EYFS or higher.

• Experience: A proven track record of working with toddlers (1-2 years).

• Passion: A genuine drive to make a difference in a child's first steps of development.

Desirable:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or Room Lead role.

• Current Paediatric First Aid qualification.
