Are you an early years educator who sees every child as capable, curious, and full of potential? We are looking for a passionate teacher to join our Early Years team from January 2026, bringing creativity, care, and a deep understanding of how young children learn best.

What You'll Do

• Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences that capture children's interests and extend their thinking.

• Build strong, trusting relationships that make every child feel seen, safe, and valued.

• Create a rich learning environment that celebrates diversity and encourages independence.

• Observe, assess, and reflect on learning to ensure that each child makes excellent progress.

• Work in partnership with colleagues and families to support the development and wellbeing of all learners.

Who You Are

• A qualified teacher (UK QTS) with a passion for Early Years education.

• Knowledgeable about the EYFS framework and confident in delivering a play-based, child-centred curriculum.

• Reflective, creative, and committed to continuous professional growth.

• Experienced in developing early language, communication, and phonics (experience with Read Write Inc. is a plus).

• A collaborative colleague who enjoys working as part of a supportive, high-performing team.
