Early years / Nursery Teacher with QTS required as soon as possible in Marbella

The British International School of Marbella seeks an exceptional, well-qualified Early years / Nursery Teacher to join an innovative and dynamic school.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a creative and rigorous approach to teaching and have the necessary skills and vision to enhance learning within the school.

Suitable candidates for this post will:

• have recent UK or International experience of teaching primary

• have UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• have a proven track record of raising standards

• a commitment to curriculum innovation

• be an outstanding teacher

• be well organised and creates a stimulating learning environment

• be enthusiastic and demonstrate a positive approach to pupils

• be a reflective practitioner and continually strives to improve performance

• consistently apply school policies

• have a keen interest in the personal development of pupils

• have experience of being an effective form tutor (or equivalent)

• demonstrate a willingness to contribute to the extra curricular life of the school

Remuneration includes a competitive salary and retention bonus. The school and BSF provide strong opportunities for ongoing professional development.

Salaries in Spain-

Net salary significantly lower than the UK being under 29,000 EU in Spain

Accommodation Costs

Housing does vary quite significantly depending on location

Closer to school rent is more likely to be within the region of 1000 EUR per month.

Those that live more locally to school walk/cycle or take advantage of gaining a bus pass giving them free travel.

Smaller villages away from Marbella centre they could well find something for as low as 750 EUR- Car required.
