Doncaster Mind is seeking a Deputy Manager for Early Support & Community Wellbeing to lead preventative and community-backed services in Doncaster. The role focuses on prevention, early intervention, mentoring, and building connections so people access timely support.

You'll supervise staff and volunteers, develop partnerships across the borough, improve referral pathways, and drive service development to benefit local communities and promote positive mental wellbeing.
