Early Shift: Cold Store Picker (5.30am Start)

Location: Gillingham, Kent (we are moving our logistics to Sittingbourne Jan 2027)

Hours:Sunday - Thursday (5.30am - 2pm)

Rate:£29,737.50 Per Annum /£15.25 Per Hour

Job Type: Permanent / Full Time

You will make sure that every order from every sales outlet is fulfilled accurately.The Cold-store Team play a central role ensuring our remarkable food gets to our customers, however they chose to shop.

• To receive and put away new deliveries as per the Goods In schedule
• To accurately pick orders.
• To ensure that stock is rotated and counted accurately and promptly when requested by the Coldstore Manager.
• To ensure pallet collections are correctly prepared and signed for by the haulier.
• To assist in the daily loading of the vans.
• To effectively communicate relevant information to the Logistics Manager.
• To have read, understood & complied with Health and Safety procedures and report any problems to the Logistics Manager.
• To perform any other reasonable task at the request of the management of Cook Trading.

• Great attention to detail is essential.
• Previous experience in detail-oriented roles is a plus
