Job Description

Leicestershire County Council is seeking an Early Intervention Youth Worker to support children aged 11+ and their families. Based at County Hall, you will build trusted relationships, complete referrals to partner agencies, deliver targeted one-to-one interventions and plan safe closures to support positive outcomes.

You will work with multi-agency partners, advocate for children, and help families navigate challenges.
