Practice Group / Department: Talent & Reward Management - London
The RoleEarly Careers Senior Manager (EMEA) - design and deliver NFB's Early Careers agenda across the region, overseeing recruitment and development from attraction to scheme completion. Report to the Head of Talent and Early Careers EMEA.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy & Leadership: Lead, develop and coach a high performing Early Careers team; shape EMEA Early Careers strategy; deliver operational activity including recruitment cycles, programme delivery, induction, events and communications; ensure consistent, fair assessment and development outcomes across EMEA.
- Early Careers Recruitment (Attraction & Selection): Oversee end to end recruitment strategy for programmes (trainees, apprentices, graduates); lead branding campaigns, campus partnerships, and assessment processes; drive innovation in selection for an AI enabled environment.
- Early Careers Development (Programme Design & Delivery): Oversee onboarding to scheme completion; design induction, pre joining engagement, programme structure, performance and appraisal frameworks; collaborate with learning and innovation teams to create best in class curriculum; align talent pathways with firm growth.
- Stakeholder & Partner Engagement: Build relationships with Partners, Chiefs, Training Principals and People & Culture teams; manage supplier relationships; engage partners in attraction, supervision and development; influence senior stakeholders for leadership commitment.
- Data, Insight & Continuous Improvement: Evaluate effectiveness using recruitment, performance and retention data; monitor candidate and colleague experience; drive continuous improvement of outcomes, experience and fairness.
- Expertise in Early Careers, translating strategy into scalable solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leaders.
- Commercial awareness of professional services and workforce planning.
- Data driven decision making with insight for continuous improvement.
- Clear communication and leadership to mobilise diverse audiences.
- Expertise in fair, inclusive assessment and programme design.
- DEI and social mobility lens, widening access and reducing bias.
- Workforce planning, linking Early Careers to future skills and demand.
- Change leadership in ambiguity and multi year transformation initiatives.
- Programme and portfolio management skills across interdependent initiatives.
- Technology and AI literacy to apply digital tools to attraction and assessment.
- Coaching mindset supporting early career talent and managers.
- Resilience and judgement in high impact decisions.
- Experience managing teams across multiple locations.
