Our Early Careers Team in EMEA is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging with future talent to support the growth of Macquarie. We partner closely with our businesses to deliver innovative and inclusive strategies for junior talent acquisition, development, and engagement. By fostering relationships with universities and industry partners, we ensure that we build a diverse pipeline of future professionals who contribute to our organisational success.
While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our advertised location.

What role will you play?You join Macquarie's Early Careers Team in EMEA as an experienced Early Careers Recruitment Partner. In this role, you partner with business stakeholders and People and Culture Partners across our Macquarie Asset Management and Commodities and Global Markets business groups to further evolve their junior talent attraction strategy in EMEA. You are responsible for early careers acquisition, engagement, programme management, and diversity initiatives across your business coverage areas. You manage high-volume recruitment campaigns, organise and present at campus and industry events, contribute to attraction and marketing strategy planning, and design and facilitate early talent development programmes. You play a key role in embedding and delivering diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives across our early careers landscape.
