Early Careers Recruiter: Pipeline & Programs Lead

Blackstone is seeking an Associate, Early Careers Recruiter to build pipelines for early careers across its investing and corporate groups in the EMEA region. You will engage talent through virtual and in-person events, acting as a trusted advisor to candidates as you guide them through the process.

You will partner with hiring managers and HR to align strategies, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience across multiple business units.
